Bêth-tegî Fêqê (/ˈɪme/ /ˈtegɪ/ [boring] [bunker]) is a temperate Town located in the Ineg̈èsho Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Bêth-tegî Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Bêth-tegî Fêqê was founded by Giddil Trêyepí, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Bêth-tegî Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 25°C (77°F). Bêth-tegî Fêqê receives an average of 282 cm/y (111 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Bêth-tegî Fêqê covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 2076 m (6811 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Bêth-tegî Fêqê was founded durring the early 13th century in summer of the year 1211, by Giddil Trêyepí. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Bêth-tegî Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Bêth-tegî Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Bêth-tegî Fêqê is buildings are arranged arround a network of restrictive canals streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Bêth-tegî Fêqê's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. Astonishigly, the political statment focused walls are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.

A look around Bêth-tegî Fêqê has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scuttling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s all of those things together, or perhaps it's the way these elements combine which makes you worry someone might stab you in a dark ally for your boots. It’s not filthy, or dark, but the smiles seem strained, the locals seem to glare daggers in eachothers backs a little too much, and everyone is armed at all times. You may want to keep an eye on your valuables, and make sure you don’t wind up in any position of power. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Bêth-tegî Fêqê long.

Bêth-tegî Fêqê's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is famous for its stately symmetry, classical elements, and grand appearance. Columns and pillars, such as Corinthian columns, are often seen supporting open structures or porticos. Symmetry is an important feature of this style, with each half of a building mirroring the other. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.

Due to the actions of local Kami, spring is recurring in Bêth-tegî Fêqê.

The Bat Swarm, Underworld near Bêth-tegî Fêqê are known to be quite timid.

Bêth-tegî Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves long periods of drunkenness to channel Transmutation energies of tier 1 via throat singing.
